If you have purchased by online payment (not cash on delivery), you will be refunded once our team confirms your order.

Please note that Curaçao Taxi Lady is not responsible for any damage caused to the items during transit or transportation.

For international orders:

  • If you cancel the order before we process it and send it for shipment, a refund may be processed. Orders usually take 1-2 days to process before shipping.
  • Orders already in shipment cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded.
